Elementdoma offers architectural lighting and spatial design consultancy, including tailored illumination concepts, light-mapping diagnostics, ergonomic layout assessments, and project coordination. Our services are delivered on a per-project basis as outlined in the signed agreement between Elementdoma and the client.
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the project site, structural constraints, electrical infrastructure, and design objectives. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in revised timelines and additional costs, which will be communicated in writing.
All lighting designs, diagrams, specifications, and reports produced by Elementdoma remain the intellectual property of Elementdoma until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project. Elementdoma retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Elementdoma's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our designs, including but not limited to energy cost overruns, fixture failures, or installation errors by third-party contractors. Clients are advised to verify all specifications with their installation team.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Elementdoma reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client fails to adhere to payment terms or provides materially false information.
Elementdoma may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
