Scope of consultation. All lighting diagnostics and layout assessments provided by Elementdoma are based on the architectural drawings and site conditions shared at the time of engagement. Subsequent structural changes or interior fit‑out modifications may require a revised assessment.

Energy performance projections. Estimated energy savings are calculated using standard simulation models and assume correct installation and commissioning of specified fixtures. Actual savings may vary depending on occupant behaviour, local grid conditions, and maintenance schedules.

Product specifications. Fixture models, colour temperatures, and control systems listed in our proposals are subject to manufacturer availability. Elementdoma reserves the right to substitute equivalent products of equal or better performance, with prior notice to the client.

Collaboration with third parties. Our team works closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers. Elementdoma is not responsible for the structural integrity, electrical infrastructure, or compliance of work carried out by other trades unless explicitly contracted to supervise those elements.

Visual representations. Renderings, mock‑ups, and light‑mapping diagrams are illustrative. Final on‑site results may differ due to surface finishes, natural light integration, and ambient conditions at the time of installation.

Liability limitation. Elementdoma’s liability is limited to the value of the consultancy fee paid for the specific project. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our lighting designs.
